Every time I make these sausage rolls or Party hotdogs as we call them, they tend to be gone after a short while, especially when there are children around.

Total Solar Eclipse
Today 20th of march 2015 at 09.41 to 09. 43 there has been a total solar eclipse in the Faroe Islands. I feel so lucky to have got to experience such a rare event! It was unbelievable special to see how the moon slowly moved in between the sun and the earth casting a shadow on the sun, and how the day turned from daylight to darkness, and then back to light. For those two minutes everything was silent. It was amazing! Read and see more photos below.

I recently discovered this website that can make your Instagram photos into magnets. I am an active Instagram user and I love the app. I thought it would be nice to hang some of my photos on the fridge, so my family and others who don’t have Instagram also can see them.
